Complete layout and design of your plant

We maintain a fully staffed engineering department that can be dispatched to your existing plant to gather information to revise or add machinery. They can modify your existing layout or prepare a complete rearrangement of the machinery to provide a more efficient flow while reducing operating cost.

 

Startup assistance

Our sales and engineering personnel can assist you in the startup of new or modified equipment installations. We can take pre-startup air readings to assure proper flow. Over the last decade, we have specified and tested hundreds even thousands of fan and pipe systems, to establish baseline operation ranges for product, trash, and dust flow.

 

Trouble shooting and testing

We can provide references of many customers, whose plants ether would not operate or were operating at very low capacities, who called on us to correct the problems left by others. Many times we were able to test and correct the problems by making changes at minimum cost to correct flow problems and get maximum performance from the plant equipment. Of course we can not make equipment do work for which it was not intended, but we can maximize it's performance and tell you what it's capabilities are.
