Kimbell Gin Machinery is also proud to offer the ultimate in drying and cleaning technology for your cotton gin. The Patented KGM Diamond K Combo is designed to break up incoming cotton wads and to allow a high volume of hot air to evenly penetrate the cotton fibers. With the Dryer section sitting directly on top of the Cleaner section, the process of drying and single locking cotton before it enters a cylinder cleaner eliminates the inherent problems of rolled and twisted fibers created by direct cylinder cleaners. Therefore, the Diamond K Combo concept reduces the need for two stages of saw type lint cleaning.

January 2003 -- Wiley Kimbell, president and CEO of Kimbell Gin Machinery, announces the manufactures of five different types of fans for full range choice of application. Each fan has characteristics and type of construction which make it applicable for different purposes. We are also capable of manufacturing special fans with deliveries of approximately two weeks. Most fans can be constructed of alloys as well as carbon steel and aluminum.

60 TO 90 BALE PER HOUR SEPARATORS

January 2003-- Wiley Kimbell, president and CEO of Kimbell Gin Machinery, announces the new line of large volume suction separators available for high capacity gins. The new style separators will replace the K-B grid separator made by Kimbell since the fifties. The unique feature of the new high capacity is the design which allows the cotton to flow through the separator without contacting the screen. This feature permits large flows of cotton without incurring high suction pressures which increases horsepower.

The new style suction separator will be available in 70", 96", and 120" units along with Kimbell deep pocket high capacity vacuum droppers. We will also make the new style separator in smaller sizes for overflow and motes application.
