Drum Filters
This system consists of a large rotating drum covered with the filter media of
choice which removes the contaminant from the incoming air stream. The media
is continuously vacuumed and cleaned by a high pressure stripper fan. Exhaust
air of the stripper fan is returned to the drum for filtration. Large volumes
of air can be cleaned with low pressure drop because of the continuous cleaning
of the filter media. Sizes from 10,000 to 200,000 CFM.
